Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Fulfilment Executive.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire fulfillment process, from receiving orders to ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Delivery days KPI: 3 working days, 95% fulfillment rate.
  • Manage and oversee the entire fulfillment process, including receiving and processing orders, and shipping orders to customers.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of orders and addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure all orders are processed correctly.
  • Address any issues or concerns related to fulfilment such as rescheduling of deliveries.
  • Liaise with 3PL to increase fulfillment rate, assist with order rescheduling, and reduce failed deliveries.
  • Generate reports on fulfillment metrics, including fulfillment rate, order processing time, accuracy, and delivery performance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics & supply chain management or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with logistics and order management system
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
